Changing Mailing Address
If buyer requests seller to deliver to an address other than the address on file with the order, buyer holds seller harmless and assumes all responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, and any other claims.
Damaged Items
The majority of our items are novelty items, fragile, delicate, figurine in nature and should be treated with care.
In the event that an item arrives damaged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have purchased enough insurance to cover the cost of the item and shipping at the time of placing the order. Shipping does not include insurance by default. When we package our items, they are well packaged and we are not responsible for the handling of the item by shipping companies and buyers when taking the item out of the box.
Lost Packages, Accurate Addresses, Refunds
If a package is claimed lost, stolen, or misplaced but is associated with a confirmed delivered tracking number. Buyer is not entitled to a refund, credit, or replacement. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure their package when it arrives at their mailing address and to provide an accurate address. Mail carriers not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS will reformate addresses if needed, buyer accepts all changes. A package is deemed lost 90 days after we ship.
If refunding for any reason, we only refund the cost of the item. We are not held responsible for the actions of others.
